Quoted room rates are to be paid in UAH converted from EUR, using the official daily exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the particular date of stay.

All rates include VAT, service charge, breakfast and usage of aqua zone (gym, swimming pool, sauna and hammam). Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Check-in time - 15.00; check-out time - 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are available at additional cost.

Cancellation requires notification at least one day prior to arrival. No shows are charged 100% of the daily rate.
